Our rock cutting tools were developed in conjunction with quarry, mining, excavation, and civil contractors; they provide fast, efficient, and precise cuts through rock and concrete that are nearly vibration free.
Our rock saw attachment fits quickly onto your existing excavator/backhoe, making it far less costly than purchasing a proprietary rock cutting machine. The saw fits onto your 8,800 to 300,000 pound machine and cuts as high or as low as the boom will reach.
Diamond Rock Saw & Tungsten Carbide Rock Saw Blades
All of our Diamond Rock Saw and Tungsten Carbide Rock Saw blades are manufactured from high wear resistant material. The unique tooling patterns of our blades have been developed through exhaustive testing and are found to achieve a superb combination of rock cutting efficiency and rock tool/holder life. The blades come in diameters from 4' to 11'6" providing a cut depth of 18" to 5'5", and have either tungsten-carbide or diamond teeth which can be replaced quickly and easily.
Additionally, the saw’s hydraulic circuit is designed to optimize motor life by ensuring constant lubrication under normal operating conditions. Multiple adapters and bolt-on extensions are available.
