While rock saws have been a staple of the construction equipment industry for years, only ONE MODEL offers a unique take on rock removal – and that is the Rock Tools, Inc. Rock Saw.
The Rock Tools Rock Saw was developed in conjunction with quarry, mining, excavation, and civil contractors. It provides fast, efficient, and precise cuts in rock and concrete and is nearly vibration free.
The Rock Saw Attachment fits quickly onto your existing excavator/backhoe, making it far less costly than purchasing a proprietary machine. The saw can fit onto your 8,800 to 300,000 pound machine and can cut as high or as low as the boom will reach.
All of our blades are manufactured from high wear resistant material. The unique tooling patterns of our blades have been developed through exhaustive testing and are found to achieve a superb combination of cutting efficiency and tool/holder life. The blades come in diameters from 4’ to 11’6” which provide a cut depth of 18” to 5’5”. The blades have either tungsten-carbide or diamond teeth which can be replaced quickly and easily.
Additionally, the saw’s hydraulic circuit has been designed to optimize motor life by ensuring constant lubrication under normal operating conditions. Multiple adapters and bolt-on extensions are available.
This is the only saw in the United States whose offset extension places the blade outside the width of the machine for precise vibration free boundary cuts on a vertical wall or the side of a trench - as high or as deep as the boom can reach.
Demolition Contractors are no longer limited to hammers or pulverizers…with our saw they can cut through rebar and eliminate blasting and the associated waste.
